Cravings….be gone!

I don’t know what Dante did to me on Monday for chest and shoulder day, but my calves are sore. Today was abs and back day and it was the first time I actually broke a serious sweat. Today was my day off from my workout, which was needed after my leg workout yesterday. My thigh muscles are on fire with every move I make.
