30 Day Weigh-In…
I can’t believe its only been 30 days. I feel like I have accomplished so much in such a short amount of time. Sadly, I did not win Dante’s weight loss bet, which was to lose 38lbs in 30 days to win $200. I came in at 36lbs, missed it by 2lbs, but I am thrilled with the results either way! "Murph" - More like MEH
Todays workout was more of an endurance challenge that was named after Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005. This was his favorite workout.
